Rapid Concept Production

Ideas evaluated properly before budget is committed. We build concepts from scratch and place them in situ as working demo ads, in as much or as little fidelity as the decision requires. Useful at the very start of a campaign, when teams are shaping strategy and need to see an idea working rather than described.

See the idea before you commit to it

Most campaigns are approved on the basis of a deck. A concept is described, a route is agreed, budget is signed off, and the first time anyone sees the idea actually working is weeks later, in production, when changing direction is expensive.

We work the other way round. We build concepts from scratch and place them in situ as working ad units, at whatever level of fidelity the decision requires. Not a flat visual in a presentation, but the real format running in its intended environment.

It lets an in-house team test a creative direction before committing budget. It lets a strategy be pressure-tested against how it performs as an ad rather than how it reads on a slide. And it gives stakeholders something concrete to respond to.

How it works

An electric bus concept shown in its intended environment

From a standing start

No existing assets required. We can develop the creative direction, build the brand world around it and produce it as finished ad units.

Placed in situ

Formats are shown running in their intended environment, so what is being evaluated is the actual experience.

Fidelity to suit the decision

A directional build to sense-check a route, or a fully finished unit for a stakeholder presentation. Scoped to what the moment needs.

Fast

Days, not weeks.

The right tool for the job

We use AI where it genuinely accelerates the work, typically for initial visual development, then refine through conventional creative software. Where AI adds nothing, we do not use it. Folio, below, was built entirely without it.

Built to prove the point

We created three brands from nothing, specifically to show what this process can do without waiting for a client brief. Each demonstrates a different format and a different kind of problem.

ICI electric supercar concept

ICI

A fictional hybrid electric supercar, built as a DOOH concept. The ad animates in full colour against an illustrated Piccadilly Circus, with the car appearing to drive slightly beyond the edge of its own frame as it turns. The effect creates depth and pulls the viewer into the format rather than past it. Initial visuals developed with AI tooling, then refined conventionally.

Asteris playable game concept

Asteris

A fictional game, built to demonstrate in-ad playable experience.

A short, genuinely engaging in-play demo running inside the ad unit itself, leading the user directly to an app download on their device. The whole journey happens in the placement, with no interruption between interest and action. Initial visuals developed with AI tooling, then refined conventionally.

Folio investment tool concept

Folio

A fictional investment tool, built as a rich media experience.

A quiz-led journey asking the user about age, investment amount, preferred region and goals, then returning a personalised projection and a clear route to download. It demonstrates a clean, minimal interface and a balanced exchange of information: the user gets something useful, the brand gets a qualified lead. Built entirely without AI.

Who this is for

In-house creative and brand teams shaping a campaign direction. Agencies who need an idea seen rather than described. Anyone with a concept that would benefit from existing before the budget conversation does.
